Rachel May Nichols, 24 of Linwood died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem.
She was born in Davidson County on May 28, 1993. She was the daughter of Raymond E. Nichols and Lavonna A. Trivette Wilson. She attended West Davidson High School and was of the Baptist faith.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 5:00 pm at Davie Burial & Cremation Service Chapel with Pastor Scott Steed officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 PM prior to the service in the chapel.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her three brothers, Jonathan Nichols and Matthew Nichols both of Cary, NC, and Aaron Nichols of Lexington; one sister, Rebecca Nichols of Lexington.
